Bringing Healthcare
to Haiti's Most
Underserved Communities

A faith-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering marginalized communities in Haiti through accessible medical care, education, and preventive wellness — in the light and love of the Lord.

"Providing care and services in the light and love of the Lord — giving villagers hope for the future and helping them build stronger communities."

Healthcare That Reaches the Unreachable

In the remote delta outside Les Cayes, Haiti, thousands of men, women, and children once had no access to any medical care. Our clinic changed that. Every day, the Neriah CHF team serves patients who would otherwise go without — providing general medicine, maternal care, pediatric services, and health education.

A Faith-Based Medical Mission Rooted in Haiti

Neriah Community Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded to serve marginalized communities in Haiti. We collaborate with individuals, churches, and partner organizations around the world to build and sustain Medical Centers in areas where healthcare is otherwise inaccessible.

Our work began in 2009 with guidance from Global Health Corps, and today our clinic in La Frasillière — miles from the city of Les Cayes — serves thousands of rural Haitians who would otherwise go without care.

Beyond medicine, we invest in education for children and people with disabilities, and we provide infrastructure that gives entire communities a foundation for a healthier future.

Three Pillars of Service

Medical clinic care

Medical Centers

We build and operate clinics in remote areas of Haiti with no other access to care. Our clinic in La Frasillière has served thousands of patients since opening, providing general medicine, maternal care, and preventive services.

Child learning

Education & Prevention

We educate communities on preventive healthcare and provide schooling for children and people with disabilities. We are building toward the first school for the deaf and hard of hearing in the entire region.

Children outdoors

Community Infrastructure

We invest in long-term well-being — providing resources, training, and infrastructure that enable people to build stronger, more self-sufficient communities for generations to come.

A Dream Born in Haiti

Growing up in Haiti, our founder witnessed first-hand the persistent poverty and the slow deterioration of her country's health. Deeply moved, she aspired to become a healthcare professional — a path that brought her family to Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Through studies in community health and a Master of Public Health degree from Walden University, alongside training in Biblical Community Development, the vision of returning to Haiti with a clinic for those in need was affirmed again and again.

Together with her husband Dony — whose background in Agronomy and Veterinary Science proved invaluable — the site of their clinic was chosen when a patient described her remote community as having no care whatsoever. That story became a calling.

"…and I gave this deed to Baruch son of Neriah, in the presence of witnesses."

January 12, 2010 — Haiti Earthquake

Dony remained in Haiti providing food, clothing, and support at the local hospital in Cité Lumière. The catastrophe deepened the mission's resolve.

La Frasillière — Clinic Opens

Land purchased and clinic built miles outside Les Cayes — chosen because the community had no care of any kind nearby.

Today — Growing Vision

Thousands of patients served, expanding education, and working toward the region's first school for the deaf.
